Our Story
We follow the approach of the Golden circle. We start with the Why - the vision, the purpose or the business objective that the organization is seeking. This gives us clarity on the North Star of the project, no matter how big or small the scale of the project. Everything done further by Xapp on the project must to align with the ‘WHY’ of the customer’s organization.

Once the Why is understood, we then start to seek the ‘HOW’. The How tell us the story of what is being done by the organization to meet their vision and objectives either through manual processes or systems implemented automations. This is where the discussions lead to the pain points, current challenges and areas of improvement in the current tools and processes.
Knowing the WHY and HOW makes the next step of ‘WHAT’ a lot easier. The ‘WHAT’ is the area where we discuss technology, apps and solutions. We bring in our expertise in the industry to guide the customer on what the various ways of achieving the results they are seeking.
This exercise is a collaborative exercise where we bring in transparency in the solutions proposed to have a ‘Value for money’ discussion at every step.
